The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including both traditional Japanese and Western dishes.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! The in-room dinner was amazing and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. The location was key, right across from the bus stop and near all the local sights we wanted to visit. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We didn't realize that smoking rooms were allowed, and the strong smell of smoke in the hallway was a turn-off. , the lack of internet was a bit inconvenient.
